Lieutenant Rowan

During Spanish-American war Lt.Rowan was assigned to deliver a letter to Garcia by his General. When the General gave him the letter he did not ask where Garcia is and in four days returned with Garcia's reply.
After reading this, i think that Garcia was a proactive person and his intentions were loyal towards his job thats he could made it. Most importantly if you are willing to do anything you can always figure out ways.

Reflective Journal of PBA

This unit is about considering a human character as a personal bank account in which deposits and withdrawls can be done. You can deposit it by doing the things right and withdrawl it by doing bad or wrong things.
Now this is a very good and easy way to keep track of your personality. One can simply measure his deposits and withdrawls to see if he/she is going at a loss or profit. If you have more goods then you are at profit and if you have more bads then you are at a loss.
Secondly, its the willingness one can have to do good and improve it's self. If he/she is ready to change then nothing can come in his/her way.

Spot Fixing Case

Three main players of Pakistan's team were convicted of spot fixing last year. Earlier this year ICC(International Cricket Council) imposed ban on them and now Crown court of UK imprisoned them. What many Pakistanis think about all this is that match fixing and spot fixing is done all over the world and none of the player is punished before. This is first time that any sportsman is punished and this is because they were Pakistani and they should not have been punished. But what I and many other think is that the decision was good. May be it was done because of hatred to Pakistan and Pakistani's, but its good for Pakistan because this will teach all other players a lesson and no one will ever dare to do it.
